- DAD ADec 18, 20241.0Booked one of the earliest appointments for a simple procedure. The intake process was quick, around 30 minutes. I was then left in the room for 90 minutes awaiting the doctor. It got to the point that I had to go walk the hallway & find someone. In the staff only room it looked like everyone was present, sipping tea & socializing. I was told I’d be next. 10 minutes later the nurse finally retrieved me & takes me to the procedure room. Only to wait another 15-20 minutes for the doctor. She performs the procedure quickly then gives the worse news ever “I don’t feel 100% & want to go in & re-do it” what? So they administered more medicine & she tried again with my consent. After which I was informed I’d need a follow up visit because she still wasn’t sure. Smh. As a clinical counselor, & healthcare worker the code of ethics state not to provide services outside the scope of your competence. If you don’t know what you’re doing, don’t put people’s lives at risk. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Please go elsewhere

It’s kind of impossible to find an OBGYN taking new patients in CA and this place had barely any wait (a few days compared to weeks). The staff was super friendly, and helpful. The clinic is clean, and welcoming. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and ended up fixing the issues my last OBGYN caused with her practices related to IUD.
