When we tried to find a moble scooter for her for our annual family beach trip. We were unable to locate one. We happened upon Essential Mobility when searching Google and took a chance. WOW! James gave us the best service, delivered the scooter & picked it up from Oceano Campground. He was very busy with the Mid State Fair, but he still took the time to help us. He was very personable, polite and I felt he cared about helping my sister be as comfortable as she could be. When people are limited because of physical challenges they depend on people like James and his company to help make them feel they can still enjoy life. Thank you James. He was clear and professional during all of our interactions: from his first visit to discuss the project and provide a quote, through the detailed measurements visit and installation visits, then returning to make adjustments after we had a chance to use the lift. He took full responsibility for making sure everything would work well for us after it was installed. The final design works and looks great, and I am confident it will work well for years to come. I highly recommend Essential Mobility for stair lifts!
