So why schedule me then, I spoke perfect English what part didn't they understand? Then Dr. Was going to give a sample of an eye pad to clean my eyelids. They were no where to be found. Will not go back!!!

Showed up right when they opened. Explained the experience at the previous eye place and she helped us right away. Figured we would pick out some glasses and get called a week or two later to pick them up. Picked glasses out today and took them home today! Extremely happy with customer service. Another client showed up about 10 minutes into our browsing and got the same attention from the other associate as we did!
