- KMKen L. M.Oct 7, 20255.0My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The facility is very clean, and the staff members are both friendly and respectful. We want to especially recognize the team for going above and beyond in providing excellent care. At the front desk, Dianna-Thu B. was truly exceptional. She not only comforted my wife, who primarily speaks Vietnamese, but also took the time to explain the entire process and cost estimates in a way that was clear and reassuring. Since we are from out of state and the clinic does not accept her insurance, this could have been a very stressful situation. However, Dianna-Thu went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and supported. She treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and empathy, which made all the difference in our visit. In the examination room, medical assistant Viviane M. was incredibly caring and attentive. She made my wife feel very comfortable and went the extra mile by translating everything into Vietnamese with clarity and patience. Finally, Dr. Nika V. performed the examination with professionalism and compassion. She ensured that my wife felt comfortable throughout the procedure and fully understood her situation. Overall, our experience here was exceptional, and we are deeply grateful for the care and kindness shown by the entire team.

She even wrote me a Drs note for work today because of the pain im in rn 😭❤️. Bless her. Literally I felt so comfortable with her. First visit she helped me then my follow up today I was sooooo happy it was her again and she even recognized me. I felt so heard and she listened to me vent about the pain I experienced at work and that’s where I asked for a dr notes and she was ofc I can get you one. Literally felt so safe and in good hands 😭
- LZLiz ZzzzSep 9, 20255.0switched to this location because unfortunately Santa Cruz downtown closed recently. i had a great experience here. appointment started on time. staff was very nice and knowledgeable. was numbed, given a heating pad, and Advil for my mirena insertion (still not painless but good enough & no pain at all after). so very happy to still have a clinic to go to as Santa Cruz county doesn't have great women's care without PP!
