  Terrible clinic! Confuse, uneducated receptionist and they schedule a service for you and when you go there they said it was a mistake and that it is your fault! They should be way more prepared to deal with people and do not let them waste their time!!

  Marissa, the director of this facility, is unprofessional. I left the forms three months ago, and they were misplaced, so I dropped off a new set a month ago. Post 1 month radio silence, no follow-up from Marissa as she promised. Marissa said she would call me back and follow up, but she didn't do that. Sorry, but ghosting patients, ignoring them, losing forms, and not following up is not ethical and reflects poorly on your character and the reputation of Planned Parenthood. Wait until you have the same done to you and see how it feels to be ignored and lied to. SMH

  Not comforting, wouldn’t let my boyfriend in the room with me. Took forever to get in even though I made an appointment.

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The facility is very clean, and the staff members are both friendly and respectful. We want to especially recognize the team for going above and beyond in providing excellent care. At the front desk, Dianna-Thu B. was truly exceptional. She not only comforted my wife, who primarily speaks Vietnamese, but also took the time to explain the entire process and cost estimates in a way that was clear and reassuring. Since we are from out of state and the clinic does not accept her insurance, this could have been a very stressful situation. However, Dianna-Thu went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and supported. She treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and empathy, which made all the difference in our visit. In the examination room, medical assistant Viviane M. was incredibly caring and attentive. She made my wife feel very comfortable and went the extra mile by translating everything into Vietnamese with clarity and patience. Finally, Dr. Nika V. performed the examination with professionalism and compassion. She ensured that my wife felt comfortable throughout the procedure and fully understood her situation. Overall, our experience here was exceptional, and we are deeply grateful for the care and kindness shown by the entire team.
