- ACAudrey CarlenciaJun 23, 20241.0We're do I start? The wait is too long! The Receptionist are slow, rude, bad customer service, unprofessional, not organized, no team work! The nurse Asia, is nice, but out spoken in a serious but yet rude dominare, she does give you 10 min of her time after you've been waiting for an hour in the waiting room! Then after your seen by the nurse Asia, not doctor? She has an assistant come in and give you a brown lunch bag with your medicine in it, lol. And send you out on your way out?! Confused? They said I had a bacteria after a Pap Smear? Or my Urine? I don't even think they checked my Urine, because the assistant didn't even mention, that my urine test was ok. No truely clarification or concerns about your health, lost of communication from the nurse to the patient! Then they gave me an antibiotic by a pharmaceutical company Unichem that scared me! And made me worry about how I've taken this medication already for three days and felt dizzy, and my eyes started to roll back, and I thought I was going to faint & fall to the floor! I'm not taking it any more! I'm scared for the younger generation on how Planned Parenthood/ Thornwood location, is having too wait too long, why they don't have a doctor evaluating you, and what kind of pharmaceutical are they getting thete prescription from??? The corporate office needs to (clean office) get rid of these employees and rehire people friendly, and concern nurses and doctors at this location who actually are concerned about a patient health & with a warm & friendly personality! Or does that not exist anymore??? I am not returning back to this location! Thank God! I didn't faint, & fall to the floor after my eyes rolling back & feeling dizzy from taking antibiotic Metronidazole. I was prescribed by a nurse Asia! I stop taking this pharmaceutical medication from UNICHEM! I feel fortunate to be alive!
