Focus Fitness Club is open 24/7 and conveniently located in the heart of San Jose. It has a fully-functional pro-shop and smoothie bar during staffed hours, as well as personal training services and a Recovery Zone. We are open 24 hours every day via remote access, and our staffed hours are: Monday to Wednesday: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Thursday to Friday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday to Sunday: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. This club provides a motivating, friendly, and inviting atmosphere where casual lifters and serious gym-goers can get in shape at their own pace.

I didn't appreciate how one of the male members was looking at this woman who was working out and how there was a homeless man just sitting inside. Will not be returning to this location…
