I had several consultations with other orthodontists prior to deciding Dr. Corsa was the best fit. After quite a while we went to the office to ask for new sets because the old ones have been worn out and dirty (my daughter is supposed to change to new sets every week). They started to realize the "factory is out of order". They had to "re-place" the order and we had to wait for another month. By the time the new sets arrived, my daughter can't wear them anymore because she stopped wearing old ones because they got too dirty. The whole treatment is set back months due to their error in checking the order (I suspect they might have forgotten to place the order). I need to check if I got overcharged since they never stopped charging hundreds of dollars on my credit card.
