The wait time and getting check by the doctor took about 3 and a half hours, which is ridiculous and getting check out only took 2 minutes.
- BKBart KimberDec 1, 20251.0First, I have to say that the staff are very nice and helpful, I don’t agree with other reviews that I’ve read, but I guess that’s their experiences…but the “doctors” are a huge problem at this place… My neck and back were injured, accepted by my work’s insurance, but it has taken them a year to get my back referred, and still not examined or diagnosed…they just keep avoiding it despite my protests and urgent requests for my lumbar pain to be examined… Aaaaaand, four months ago the two extremely painful herniated disc in my neck were diagnosed right to my face Face, by a PA With a God complex as “nothing but arthritis… “ The two herniated discs are just now 12/09/2025 approved for a discectomy snd installing a metal plate in the back of my neck through my trachea… And I’m still being referred back to work on modified work schedule… Unbelievable, CONCENTRA is opening themselves up for a lawsuit for any additional injuries and exacerbated suffering I’m caused during this time…and there’s a lot!!! I can’t sleep with my neck, and should be off work, these are very stupid people in charge…
