One thing I cannot stand is poor customer service. I was excited initially about having the procedure. I can afford it, I just needed to plan it around my bills and brand new job so January 17th worked out best for me around the holiday and budget planning. My quote was just over 14K with some discounts, which I would have gladly paid. It's unfortunate that after several emails and texts to confirm how to pay the deposit and schedule for January with Tiffany, I was ignored. I don't care how busy things get, it's been days. If this is how customer service is beginning, I'll take that 14k+ elsewhere. I'm not chasing anyone down to spend my money. I do not recommend them based on the poor service alone. Hard Pass. I guess because I wasn't ready to schedule in a week they treated me as if I did not matter. RUN! That's not good business practice. Very disappointed. I'll try sono bello.

I had my surgery back in May 2025 with Dr . Ereso . I went to fix full abdomen area and fat transfer to hip and buttocks due to a previous C-Section i went into depression and i wanted to do something for myself to feel happy and work on my self esteem again. The procedure was for me not pleasant because i felt everything it was not a pain free experience for me but then again every person is different. Im 3 months now after surgery and i feel many areas of my body are so uneven and even though i paid extra to have my full abdomen tightened i was left with a bump area that now looks like if i have a hernia . Makes me feel more insecure of my body. I invested in many massages to help but it still till today looks the same . When i saw doctor this month of august 2025 he mention i might as well do just do a tummy tuck to help the issue of the bump in my abdomen which i’m not doing because i already spend more than $24,000 on this procedure that since day one they suggested i will be great with fat removal and full abdomen tightening airsculpt . my fat transfer to hip an but look all uneven now , one hip flat an other one still some fat . Over all i feel this is nothing like i imagen . Seen in the commercial that says you will be pain free and on with your life within days is a completely lie , because i was in pain since day one till today is very painful for me to even sit and wake up feeling numb throughout my body. . My fibromyalgia is much worse due to hitting some nerves . I will never ever do anything to my body after this . The fact that they just advise more an more procedures is so unacceptable because i paid a-lot to have my stomach flat and tight and it was not left that way . A person goes to places like this to come out looking great , spends everything they have and feel that trust. I feel so much disappointment but then again i know that for them is just a business.

Very disappointed at their customer service and how overpriced they are. Now that I'm in stage 2 of recovery, I learned how little education and information they gave to achieve best results during recovery. I didn't know until my first check in (which I had to call them myself to remind them to get me scheduled) that I'm supposed to get lymphatic drainage massages. I learned from massage therapists that it would have been best for me to start getting massaged right away after surgery to move the fluid, reduce swelling, promote healing, and prevent stagnant fluid build up. Of course, I already had stagnant build up forming in my waist because I didn't get massaged for the first 2 weeks. This is information I would have wanted during my consultation so that I can adequately prepare and do my research on good massage therapists in my area. Not to mention it's costing me an extra $1000+ for post op care that I wasn't aware I needed to invest in. They gave me a really cheap faja/compression suit. Given I paid $12k and was expecting white glove service with "everything included", I would hope they would at least give me a high quality compression suit to achieve maximum results. I also found out that I needed to buy another faja for Phase 2 recovery since the swelling went down and you need a tighter compression suit. They did not tell me this. I had to go online and buy a second suit and firm abdomen board to help with the shaping and preventing dents while sitting. Again, was not educated about this. Given the money I spent, I would hope that they will give me the resources I need in order to achieve the best results. I just got a cheap suit and cheap foam pads. The actual Airsculpt branded instructions says to wear my compression suit for 2 weeks and then can stop wearing after that. I will give credit to the nurse Teresita who advised me to continue wearing it for 2-3 months to achieve better results. Had I just followed Airsculpt instructions, I would've not known any better and probably would be looking real weird right now. Last but not least, Airsculpt WAY overcharges. This is my fault as I should have done more research before putting down a deposit with them. They charged twice the amount of the average clinic would. Some places will do it for $6k, I paid $12k, and that was with the "summer promotion". I almost wanted to cry when I found out how much I overpaid as now I have to pay this off for the next year. I figured $12k was on the higher side, but I wanted to invest in my body and pay for a "premiere" clinic with a well reviewed plastic surgeon. Given you were awake for the procedure and they don't have to bill an anesthesiologist, I have no idea how they can justify charging double vs a traditional lipo where they would put you under completely and probably take out more fat. Also, Dr. Ereso gave me his number in case I had questions so I can directly contact him. I did text him once during week 1 recovery, but he didn't answer me. Kinda sucks to feel like you don't have support from your doctor. Also scheduling with the clinic is disorganized. Miranda who is the clinic manager texted me to schedule a 3 month follow up but never actually back to me to confirm which date. I figured she's busy so I texted her again to check in, she ghosted. Honestly, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Consider going outside the Bay Area, or a private practice. I saw in Beverly Hills they do 360 lipo for $6k as well. Airsculpt is more of a branding where they sell you on "quicker recovery than traditional lipo" and that's what you're paying for. But be advised, you are not paying for better results or better customer service. I wish I went to a different practice where I can directly consult with the plastic surgeon before procedure day (I didn't meet Dr. Ereso until day of), so you can really think about things and have more information. Feels like they just want to sell you on the procedure and once it's done, you're on your own. EDIT: 3 months in, swelling is gone and I can see how much fat Dr. Ereso left behind. Utter disappointment.

I finally made the decision to get Air sculpted, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed with the exceptional work that was done to me. From the moment I stepped into the office, I had a great feeling about the place. The friendly and attentive Liz at the front desk was the one to tell me more and pushed me to get AirSculpt. She was all so sweet and with a smile one face made me feel right at home and comfortable. When I was taken to the back, I was introduced to Kelli, who was equally amazing and easygoing. She explained the process and procedures they do, and she helped me out at the beginning of finally making my decision. On the day of surgery, I met Tania, the nurse. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and reassured. She even put my favorite music while the dr was doing my procedure to make the process even better and more enjoyable. I also met Doctor Alexander Ereso, who was by far one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to. Despite being my first time getting Air sculpted, I was blown away by everyone’s kindness, friendliness, compassion, and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe and comfortable before getting the procedure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. They are truly exceptional!
