The office itself is modern and well-designed, which definitely helps when you’re dealing with health stuff that can feel a bit awkward to talk about. Everyone on staff was professional but also genuinely friendly, which made a huge difference. They clearly care about getting you the right treatment plan instead of just pushing products. Smooth checkin and onboarding, in-house lab to get T-levels checked, discussion about purpose and parameters and got the first shot within the same hour, administered myself for the next 6 weeks. Super excited about the journey and results to come, but the overall process was smooth, professional and full of options to accommodate schedule and individual needs.
