Waiting for a reserved appointment in a clinic is about 1 hour. Dental cleaning itself is 3 mins with a liquid fluoride rinse of 30 sec. Do not get impressed by their overdone xrays, 3D + panoramic. Run or U will end up donating the cost of a brand new vehicle to the business.

I thought this place has changed- but it unfortunately and disappointingly has not! I am so upset because I reassured my husband that it’s changed and guess what!? It hasn’t. He’s been in a chair in pain by himself sitting in a room for over 40 min right now waiting for a zoom call. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I’m pissed! I’m sad for him to be waiting this long and NO ONE HAS CHECKED ON HIM! Where is the decency in respecting other people’s time!???? Update: He had to leave to go to the ER after waiting 50 min. because he was in so much pain! This place does not care about you, your health, or your well being. JUST WRONG AND UNETHICAL! *I left a message with the manager and no response - they were supposed to call me before 5pm today* OLD POST: Very weird experience. Waited over an hour and a half to get ahold of someone (call center) to book an appt. Finally, I spoke to someone that didn’t speak good English. The imaging and front desk lady was the only good experience I had. Next, they take you to this room on a video call with a dentist and an insurance person to take of the finances. The dr was a little rude but what really did it for me to never come back was the insurance lady on the zoom call she was so rude and had no bedside manner. She was condescending once the dentist was off the call. * I had the manager call me - he was very professional and understanding. I’m hoping for true change. (Old message- recent message on top)
