I found this office on my dental insurance website, called the phone number and requested a new patient exam AND cleaning. They scheduled my exam early in the morning as they said the cleaning would be done after the exam. NEVER was I told that this is a virtual dentist. Virtual!!
It took 45 minutes for a tech to take full mouth X-rays, which some teeth were repeated three-four times. A 3D scan was taken and had to be fixed/repeated multiple times. A pano/full mouth X-ray was also taken. That’s A LOT of radiation.
I’m then put in a room and handed an iPad, and the tech says “a diagnosing doctor will join you momentarily, and then an insurance coordinator will join you to discuss payment options after that.”
My response included a lot of profanities. Why in the world wouldn’t ANYBODY clearly explain that this is a a virtual dentist?
You expect me to trust that those X-rays that were taken 3-4 times are going to be reviewed by someone virtually and that they’re going to accurately diagnose what’s happening in my mouth without ever looking inside it?! NO.
And then tell me that an insurance coordinator will discuss payment options with me even though you haven’t looked inside of my mouth!? It honestly felt like a scam. They were planning on billing/charging for things that don’t even exist because no one looked in my mouth to know what was happening.
AND THEN on top of all that, I’m berated by a patient in the waiting room that was trying to resolve a billing discrepancy with the office manager as he is speaking to ME. He politely told her that he would be happy to look into it after he was finished helping me, and she then turned and started yelling at me claiming that she was talking to him first. B. No you weren’t, we just walked out of the room and up to the front desk TOGETHER, talking the whole way about how ridiculous it was that anyone would schedule a VIRTUAL EXAM and NOT clearly tell the patient that. I would not have scheduled an appointment there had I known.
That was the worst possible experience I could have had thinking I was going to the dentist for an exam and cleaning. And on top of it, they’re billing my insurance for the X-rays that I’m only allowed to get once a year, so I can’t really go anywhere else now.
Avoid this place. It’s a hassle. They’re going to sell you a root canal on a perfectly healthy tooth just to make money. I heard them do that with a patient as I was getting my X-rays.
Salesman was like “it’s only $3450, it would have been $7500, but your insurance saved you a lot. We have interest free financing. This root canal will only cost less than $200 per month. That’s an investment in your future.”

The office hides the fact that this is teledentistry, your diagnosing dentist will see you via Zoom in a dusty/dirty old room and say that they used AI to look for cavities ir inflammation. A different dentist does your cleaning or follow up care. I hate that I chose this place as my primary dental office under my insurance.
I am giving one star because I had a filling done here and then my tooth started hurting and eventually turned gray. I believe it's most likely dead, and believe it's connected to sub-par work done by the diagnosing dentist who said he saw a very small cavity and Dr. La who completed the filling and said it was a very large issue. The contradictions and weird corporate/fishy practices by this office are huge red flags, please stay away from here.

You show up to the dentist office, but the dentist doesn't. You sit in a dental chair that hasn't been used in years. All of the trays that are supposed to hold dental tools are empty and covered in dust. Not a single picture on the wall....then the receptionist rolls in a TV monitor and tells you that you will be meeting with your dentist via Zoom! No service whatsoever. This is a business model to simply bill insurance companies more at the expense of you receiving quality dental care. RUN
