- WWWonder WombatDec 13, 20251.0I dont think Ive been to such a mismanaged stanton optical. Its been over two the since I originally bought my glasses here. The first time I was charged they didn't use the insurance on file which led to a refund and recharge. When I went in to get it fixed they said they actually didnt take my insurance based of the inability to get in their system only for them to call and say they now could. Then my glasses that were supposed to be mailed over didn't come for ove 2 weeks and they said they had mailed them without being able to provide a tracking number. Sales manager said he would remail it only for nothing to come for another month. I called today and they said it was never mailed out. I dont know how this store is still open.

- DSD. SteveNov 13, 20255.0I got flawless and fantastic service and treatment at the Stonecrest Murphy Canyon Stanton Optical location today. Dr. Houchin was unbelievably precise, efficient, astute, personable, and on top of everything, she immediately detected that I had WMD and gave me instructions on treatment options and stressed the need for me to continue to see a retina specialist. She did this within the first five minutes of the exam. I got this diagnosis last year after a seeing a team of ophthalmologists who took multiple exams to come to that same conclusion and yet she does it in five minutes. Unbelievable! LOL. The entire exam was top notch and very, very professional. She's awesome! And, I want to give a very positive shout out to Elias who was the vision technician who supported me every step of the way. He was 100% focused on listening to me and helping me get the right type of glasses with the best features that met my needs and I was grateful for his assistance. At no time was there any pressure to "upsell" me anything. He was a class act and I very much appreciated all that he did. And, let me also acknowledge Alex and Teresa because these professionals were the first people I spoke with and they paved the way for my incredibly positive experience. If you need high-quality vision care, at excellent prices. from a top-tier group of professionals, then you should do yourself a favor and go to this Stanton Optical location.
