The Blood Bank provides more than 150,000 units of life-saving blood to hospitals across the region every year. In its 75-year history, San Diego Blood Bank has collected more than 5.5 million pints of blood, impacting community health and supporting patients facing cancer, trauma, surgeries, and chronic illnesses.

    A very pleasant experience. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Facility is bright and tidy. There are lots of snacks and drinks, not to mention ice cream!! Thank you for your time.
