- JVJayasuryan VeeramaniAug 14, 20251.0We had a very disappointing experience during my wife’s abortion procedure. The clinic staff made a serious mistake — instead of doing the ultrasound as expected, they drew blood by mistake. Later they admitted it was due to “miscommunication.” What made things worse is that the blood test, which was supposed to be done before she took the abortion pill, was only taken two days after she had already taken the medication. This is not only careless but also very stressful for patients who are already going through a difficult situation. Such errors show a lack of proper coordination and attention to detail. In sensitive matters like abortion care, patients deserve accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

After coming to this location Dr. Marengo & with the help of Natalie bless them both, got it removed for me. I’m very grateful you both took the time to make the process as comfortable as possible for me. I recommend this location to everyone 🥺🙏💕

They go above and beyond from the front desk, a beautiful Karina who is always happy to see you and help! to the medical Directors like Dr. Marengo who doesn’t give up on a person because of how complicated the problem is. I appreciate all your work and help throughout the years. I don’t know where I would be without you guys.
