  I'm not sure why this place has such a low review average. Maybe new staff? The moment I walked in the front was friendly and checked me in very quickly. My appointment was at 2:40 and I was out of the place by 3:50. Yes thats a bit of a wait but has anyone ever been to an urgent care or er? I know its not exactly like that but planned parenthood isnt exactly an average regular doctors office either. When I was called back, the medical assistant was super friendly and did everything to make me feel very safe and relaxed. I was going in to get a birth control implant and I had never done it before, so the nurse practitioner came in and explained everything very very well, the process as well as my options. She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the entire process from her wiping the alcohol wipe to her inserting the rod inside my arm. I'm not sure why all the reviews are leaving 1 stars about the wait time, go to a primary doctor or specialized gyno office if you dont want to wait. I was quoted 2000 by 4 offices for the service until I called here and they told me I would have everything covered. An hour of my time to save 2 grand is totally a win in my book. Everyone was friendly and warm and really cared about me. The staff I met were all women so I felt really safe. Not once did I feel judged and that is rare for a medical office. 5/5 experience.

  Traveling for work so I can’t go to my regular place… checked in early and then waited over an hour past my appointment time when all I came for was a singular shot, there was also barely anyone else there. Other than the front desk the staff was incredibly rude and snarky. Wont be returning to this location again.

  I've been coming to planned Parenthood and never have I wanted 3 hours I usually go to the college grove and that one you are in and out I will never come back to this location again

  I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I regret it every time. Staff is friendly but the wait time is ridiculous. Had at appointment at 10:50am and arrived at 10:40. It’s now 11:40 and I’m still waiting in the lobby. Avoid this place if you don’t have time for a 3 hour appointment.

  My review is quite late maybe over a month but I still wanted to leave it my nurses were joss , Yvette and Ashley They absolutely amazing, very kind Answered all my questions and gentle with pulling blood Love this location
