This clinic gave me incorrect information regarding my depo shot. Not once did they clarify that they were charging me $150 to get seen because I was too early for my depo shot. Neither did they offer low income resources because I did not have the funds to pay and I even told the lady in front that I was potentially in a dangerous situation at home to verify.
I went back to my local PP and they happily assisted me correctly for my depo shot without having to pay out of pocket.

The girls in the front are very nice and helpful. The doctors and nurses however are rude and don’t care about their patients whatsoever! They left me waiting in the room for 30+ minutes after I came in with major symptoms just for them to tell me they didn’t see anything. I got home and seen positive all over MyChart and I even questioned the nurse before I left. She told me the doctor went to lunch and wouldn’t be able to help me. Now I have to suffer for another week this is ridiculous when I could’ve gotten the correct treatment today!

I just walked out of having a 10 point inspection on all my lady parts. Got every test and exam possible. I wanna tell you the woman that helped me named Sally as well as Daisy were very thorough and friendly. They kept asking if I had any questions but how could you when they’ve explained the whole entire encyclopedia. LoL! The location was a little bit challenging. You have to just go inside right underneath the address sign because there’s no signage outside to let you know. I definitely hope I get these two women again thank you for the great service.

Staff was lovely - from the receptionist and nurses all the way to the doctors. The space felt safe and clean and they took their time explaining everything thoroughly, including giving you up front cost assessment before making decisions for care. I was treated better here than most drs offices I’ve been to. My advice is make an appointment online if possible because it does seem to be a location that will get busy at times and you want to give yourself a little time to park if you’re driving.
