Spent like $40-50. Finally saw the doctor and he said no one could help me at that time and just kept questioning me basically suggesting “who would come here at this hour” trying to make me feel stupid. If you can’t do the service you shouldn’t have wasted my time. Asked for a refund since I had NO service done and they said no. Don’t come here unless you want poor service both front and back.

This in turn we are not going to send one of our staff members to this location or company. We are a TV and film production company. Looks like we have a new documentary to film. Concentra, you are now in our headlights. Don't be surprised when a film crew shows up at your front desk! We suggest two things. If you want to continue with horrible service because you lack empathy, quit and find a new line of work. Two, learn empathy, fix your issues and leave the drama from elsewhere and don't bring it to work.
