- TMTokyo MJan 6, 20261.0This is THE WORST facility I’ve ever been to. Staff don’t care to help you at all. They only had 1 physician working. Say there for hours and he refused to treat me, despite my job giving them the okay. So here I am across the country, in a stage where I am not from or familiar with, trying to figure out where to be treated because of their negligence! The physician (a short Hispanic man with curly hair) was not only rude to me, but spoke poorly to the nurses from my employer and was extremely dismissive. Mind you, they’d asked to speak to him several times and he never came. Wasted my time going here and missed the last flight home to get proper care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dead mosquito. DONT BOTHER!

I told her I had been to that location before and she gave me attitude. She then said it was okay but she would like to see my insurance I showed it to her and said we don’t take this insurance. I told her it was weird because I had been to this same location and they had took it. She then said let me verify and then went ahead and took my payment which she made a big deal of that she couldn’t take cash. I felt like at first I was being denied care and was trying to make all excuses for me not to be seen. I was in a lot of pain to have to be dealing with all the things she said.

Even though they are one of the only 24 hour urgent care’s in the area, you’re better off finding help in the morning, they aren’t much good here— it’s not worth the degradation.

There was a dirty, bloody bandage on the shelf next to where I was seated to have my cut cleaned. I had to ask about it to have it removed. The doctor shared that she was too busy- three nurses to one doctor. The level of care felt like it was rushed.
