Dr. Youngblood took the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my injury, and explain everything clearly. She made sure I had everything I needed for proper healing and went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and confident in my care plan. The staff was just as exceptional! kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the entire experience smooth and comforting. - KCKai ColliganDec 15, 20251.0I went in for a hair drug screening and they said they have to take the sample from my armpit. There is perfectly good hair on top of my head. I understand that they are not hair stylists, but there are some very serious issues with taking hair from my armpit. 1. I’ve never shaved my armpits, so that hair is probably 15 years old. As metabolites remain in your hair indefinitely, the drug screening could potentially detect anything that has been in my system over those 15 years, even if it was administered medically. I do not think the staff understands when they actively choose to take body hair instead of head hair. 2. My armpit is very irritated and itchy now.

- RDRicky DyNov 10, 20253.0Was sent to Concentra for pre-employment drug screening. I was adviced by the HR person to complete the necessary forms online for a faster, easier experience. When I arrived at the site, the system was down, so I had to fill a form again. Waited for about 45 mins from the time I walked-in up to the time my name was called in a room where there were only 3 people waiting, including me. The test took about 10-15 mins. In total, I was in Concentra for about an hour. Good thing I brought a book. I suggest to always advice people to show up at Concentra with something to pass the time because you really would be sitting there waiting. The staff was very professional and courteous, kudos for that.
