- DSDina ShresthaDec 16, 20251.0This is one of the worst places I have ever been for a medical visit. Physician Assistant, Jianwei Zhou has no manner and professionalism. He is pretty racist and treat patients very rudely and makes very snarky comments. The entire time he is making comments like time out and this is a special case. At no point in USA, any medical professional has made me feel like this. I told Andrea Silva, who stays at the front desk, I need documentation so I can report the PA, and she told me there would be no paperwork as the visit is incomplete and later, she said the visit if complete and I have no medical issues even though the visit was incomplete as I asked for documentation as I wanted to Report the PA. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect and not feel demeaned when you are sick and not in your best self, please please save yourself your dignity, money, and respect and go and see someone else. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and has impacted my comfort with continuing care at this facility. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WHICH DOESN'T TREAT PATIENT WELL.

Twice I was given a DOT of just 3 months for sleep apnea testing and twice I was certified for 2 years. My weight was the same all 4 times. I don’t get it . Now I’m flagged for my Commercial License only because Concentra isn’t consistent with the way they do a physical and their decisions. I went to a DOT examiner and he gave me a 2 year Certification. Concentra needs to get it together.

Such a bad customer service and very rude to the patients. I don't like those kind of people still around us. Just because of them, I would like to give none. Kayla (Front desk), she was amazing and very approachable. I wish I could see her on Friday as well instead those rude people.
