This is my first time using hearing aids and they made it super easy to find what I needed and feel secure that I’ve made the right choice. I’ve dropped in two or three times in the last year to get questions answered or learn how to use my aids more effectively. They are both good listeners (duh, hearing aids) and good explainers. I was particularly impressed with the extensive hearing test that Mike conducted the first time we met. Both seem to personally care that I get what I need out of their product. Whoever is hiring in training is doing a darn good job.

After our first few visits, the original guy who tested and sold my 91-year-old brother his hearing aids had left. Follow up appointments were really hard to schedule due to the shortage of trained staff. Since Ritchie and Ofelia came on, things are back to normal. Ofelia runs the front office and makes everything simple and pleasant. She goes out of her way to assist my brother and me. Ritchie is very professional and respectful, explains things and offers suggestions to better my brothers hearing experience. You went from a 1star to a 5 star. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hearing aid. Keep up the good work, its greatly appreciated. spent $8000.00 for hearing Aids, started out great with Bryan the Tech guy, he left and went back to Oregon back in March and they have not been able to employ anyone to fill that position, so, we either have to go down to Santa Clara or the east bay for service and routine check ups. For $8000.00 they either staff that office or buy back the hearing aids and we'll go somewhere else. Very pour service,
