  I came to Gameday San Bruno as a 50yr old ex-athlete who saw his strength, fitness and energy declining. My recovery time between workouts was becoming a major limiting factor for my active lifestyle. The experience at Gameday has been a game changer for me. If you are on the fence about TRT or other approaches to combat age-related challenges, then I highly recommend Gameday as a place to learn more, get testing, and make an informed decision. Me: Always active. Runs 20-25 miles per week. 3-4 days strength training per week. Previously, I've had a high energy level and had been able to do fun all-day activities like a 20 mile hike when I've worked out all week. But, as I hit my mid to late 40s, my recovery was becoming a problem. I had to skip a workout if planning a hike or long bike ride. Or I would suffer through activities that should be fun but were now very challenging. Occasionally, my weekly mileage would dip below 15 miles to allow my legs to recover. I finally decided to take a hard look at TRT. This is my first experience with any type of pharmacologic enhancement. The Gameday team is so knowledgeable and professional. The clinic is super efficient and they always make sure to prioritize my time - never long waits. The waiting room and patient care rooms are clean and neat. They use simple pricing and include regular follow up visits and testing as a standard part of care. I have been receiving TRT + sermorelin for a 8 weeks and the results have been impressive. The first big difference is recovery time. I bounce back from workouts and each day my legs feel fresh and ready to go. I've only hit the wall in one week when I pushed very hard. Abdominal fat loss and whole body muscle gain has been obvious. My body weight is similar to before, but my composition has shifted significantly from the stubborn abdominal fat to more lean muscle. I put in a lot of work, just like I was before starting treatment, and it pays off. These things don't work by magic - you will have to put in the work if you want strength and fitness results. By every measure my cardio and strength performance has improved. Most importantly, I feel great during recreational activities between workouts. I feel confident recommending Gameday. The team will monitor your results and make sure you are on the right track. It's also easy to communicate with the team by phone or text which is a plus. My regular primary care doctor wants to bill me anytime I have a simple question... "you'll need an appointment for that", but Gameday doesn't nickel and dime you over questions about treatment options. Overall, totally satisfied and highly recommend.

  Experience banning. Also, this lady that’s been treating me is beautiful and amazing. She helped me in every possible way. My focus was to lose weight and to gain energy. I walked in at 2:53 four months ago I’m 230 feeling better. Thanks again appreciate everything still continue.

  Gameday San Bruno is awesome. Dominic is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. The process from start to finish was hassle free. I felt safe and confident being a patient here. Zayda who administers the shots for me is super nice and friendly, also is a professional at giving shots. This whole experience is amazing and I see myself doing business with them for a long time.
