From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. Valentina (Tina), who handled my registration, was incredibly warm and welcoming. Ori who took my vitals was so sweet and funny, she reassured me and made my experience delightful. Darice, the X-ray technician, was gentle, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Evelyn, who I believe is the manager, even offered me water and a snack while I waited, a thoughtful gesture that really showed how much they care about their patients. The wait was a little long, but I had expected that, and they were very responsive and attentive as soon as I explained I was there for a head and neck injury. The entire establishment was clean, organized, and calm. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, smiling, and genuinely compassionate, something that’s surprisingly rare in healthcare settings. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during this stressful situation. Thank you to the whole team for making everything easier on me.
