I would perfer if they inform me that the doctor I was seeing was a male dressed in female clothes, over used jewelry,makeup and a hair piece not on property it was a joke to be seen by someone not presenting themselves professional would not go back.

They also explained in detail what they were doing when I took my drug test , sealing it up so it’s not tampered with it was definitely my first time witnessing that procedure which was good to know and made me feel secure.

I’m not asking for serious injury accommodation. Just to see if there is any solutions to help me that’s it. I got injured at work for 7 months this injury I had. I will talk to the assistant manager and complaint on Monday for this.

So they couldn’t take early appointments? Made no sense an absolutely disgusting behavior.

When it was time to be seen for my physical, I was in and out in about an hour. Best experience at this urgent care to date.
