- SSStarla SharpNov 14, 20251.0I went to Stanton optical because I heard it was fast service but boy was I wrong the whole process has been a nightmare for me. I was seen like a hour after my scheduled time. I seen a dr on a tv screen waited about a week for my glasses to come in for me to go pick them up and they was sooo blurry I couldn’t see out of them. So I had to pay more money to see a actual eye doctor for him to keep trying to tell me (your eyes get tired when your reading right) and honestly they don’t and I try to tell him that but he didn’t care. So they changed my prescription and order more glasses for me and I went today to pick them up and they still ain’t right there blurry. So I ask for a refund, altogether I paid $320 and only got refunded $245 it’s definitely a rip off. I’m beyond dissatisfied and disappointed all the way around and lost out on $75

My glasses came too tight, with roughly cut lenses and are lopsided. This is my first negative review of a business, but others need to know they will be spending $250+ for this kind of service.
