  I called the customer service line ahead of time and was told that the lenses would be around $60. When I arrived at the store, the staff member pulled up a pricing sheet as if I were purchasing new glasses with frames, even though I had clearly stated—before walking in—that I was only looking to replace the lenses. She explained that this sheet was “standard for their practice,” so I allowed her to fill it out. The total came to $442 for two lenses, which was shocking given what I had been told on the phone. I’ve previously paid around $400 for two complete pairs of glasses with lenses, so seeing nearly the same price for lenses only made no sense. After I confronted her about the price and mentioned what the customer service representative had told me, she began adjusting multiple discounts until the total came down to $190, closer to what I was quoted on the phone. I find it very concerning that they use one “standard” pricing sheet for everything—regardless of what you’re actually getting—with the first listed price starting at $349, and then apply various discounts afterward. This approach feels misleading and makes it difficult to trust the pricing. The lady, however, is helpful and got my glasses in 30 minutes. I am just not a fan of the practice of selling

  My family went here the other day to help my mom get a new pair of glasses and had a great experience! We were greeted and asked what we needed right when we walked in the door. All of the staff were very helpful every step of the way and easily answered every question we had. Special shout out to Tamar who helped us check out. She was very personable and helpful. Great experience overall and highly recommend!

  Yeah one set of glasses fell apart and the other ones the finish peeled off the lenses definitely not high quality service was okay but I walked out $700 for two pairs of glasses then we're not worth the price of one and they will rush me through the exam I don't think the glasses were quite right

  I caught the sales rep lying about free services on the receipt...she washed them with a 20% discount and up charges you the dry eye exam and says it's free, when you ask when the glasses will be here she says you have to put in the order first. I ask if I pay first? She says no we just gotta type it into the other computer and it will give me a date. Okay so we go to the other computer she gives me a total and I ask when they'll be here and now she says we gotta pay first....now I'm going on first week no glasses all cause Stanton optical strung me along, lied to me about "free" services. Strung me along just so I'd pay and then hit me with a 2 week waiting window when I could have got same day glasses at eye mart express. First and last time going to Stanton optical
