  Fair Oaks Recovery Center provided me with an opportunity to rest, reflect, and recover from a lifestyle that was slowly killing me. I was referred to F.O.R.C after insurance complications with another facility, and I thank God that I was. This truly is an incredible program. From the general and medical staff to the clinical and leadership teams, every person I had the opportunity to work with was genuinely kind, caring, and truly invested in their effort to improve the lives of those they touch. I am now happy, healthy, and sober and would never have gotten back to where I am without the daily care and support of the facility. To anyone who needs help and healing, go to Fair Oaks and try your hardest to stay until the miracle happens. Giving up a few weeks of your life is worth saving the rest of it.

  There is not enough space in this review to put into words how amazing this place is. Theresa, Mandi, Manny, Andy, Breann, Shane, Anne, all the nurses, and bth’s are a blessing to all of us that have called FORC home at some point.

  I did not give 1 because I did gain something from my stay here thanks to the handouts printed by staff . Nonetheless , This recovery center made promises they could not keep to me. I needed help and the case managers/ clinicians form of help was to “designate time for me to use laptop” . The one on one therapist was virtual only and was well qualified. The director only came to the house twice my 17 days of being there . While there we were designated also a 3hr time slot once a week to double scrub . Aka the patients in the house were responsible for a whole list of chores. Free labor if I’ve ever seen it. Also the schedule kept changing and the educations they did for us could have been more informative . They constantly played videos of other content and used YouTube for essentially every class. The counselors were sweet and young. Each with a different vibe . Nonetheless they obviously were overworked or unable to handle outbursts from patients. Oh and also the food situation is nothing like marketed on their website they have a “private chef” that essentially makes large quantity food meals from Costco ingredients. So much processed foods and “sugar free” cancerous options. Yes there was food , but not actually that healthy. They gave us tons of white bread , and deli processed meats , as well as greasy processed cheese pasta dishes. And for snacks we had a limited supply. They also I’m greatful to have left that place. The only great thing about them is that they have a pool which you can only use at designated times . Also the clinical team there body shamed me asking me to cover more cheek with my bathing suit . Ridiculous. Especially in an all women’s house. I will say I made some life long friends with other patients . And maybe others enjoyed the adult daycare they offer. Thanks for the administrative dismissal . I’m better off enjoying gods plan .

  An amazing program that saved my life, can’t say enough about the staff in totality, whether it be my counselors or the nursing staff down to the guy that cleaned our bathrooms and cooked our food. They completely set the tone for the environment and attitude, which carries over to the clientele Truly a place for healing

  36 years in and out of recovery homes...After a month commitment I built enough reassurance to KEEP SOBRIETY: without exaggeration the staff here are top tier. There's learning here I did not experience anywhere else.
