- BRBenjamin RyeNov 3, 20251.0This place is criminally negligent. I went in for chest pain. More than a 2 hour wait. Finally saw the doctor for 90 seconds and they didn't even give me an EKG test. Went to the ER the day after. The ER doctor at UC Davis was appalled that this urgent care didn't perform an EKG - "it is the easiest test to administer." I tried to get a refund because they didn't actually do anything but they're refusing. The impression I got is concentra is really only for drug testing but this is where my insurance's advise nurse told me to go...

There was one girl named Akriya or something I can’t remember but she was amazing with my TB test and very efficient. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I went back for my rb test reading I waited for an hour to receive my copy which was kind of annoying and I understand people aren’t robots.

I had to speak with the Manager before she would even walk in to check. She did apologize but it was very unprofessional. Hopefully she understands that she has to do her job and not accuse people before she walks in and checks.

Me dieron a llenar unas hojas en Inglés otra vez, le volví a repetir a una señora que atendía hay : no sé inglés. Luego me dieron otra hoja donde decía que la llenara ya hasta entonces le pregunté: la llenó de mi información y mi hizo con su cabeza que si. Quiere decir que si me entendió . Eso es para mi discriminación para mi . Ya después de unos minutos me llamaron a la puerta para entrar y ya la señorita que me atendió dio fue muy amable conmigo. El doctor también se portó bien conmigo , con mucha rapidez me atendió pero si considero que puso atención en mi.
