When I called ahead, I was told they only take walk-ins, so I arrived around 12:45 PM expecting a reasonable wait. Instead, I spent nearly four hours there for what ended up being a five-minute assessment. I waited about an hour in the lobby before being taken to the back, where I sat in a hallway for another 30 minutes. After my vitals were checked, I was placed in an exam room and forgotten about for an hour and a half. I eventually had to go find someone and remind them that I was still waiting to be seen. Throughout my time there, I noticed several staff members standing around chatting, not helping patients or keeping the process moving. By the end, I was so frustrated and overwhelmed that I cried. I have never experienced such long wait times or such a lack of attention in a medical setting. I will not be returning to this location, and I intend to inform my employer so that others are not sent here in the future.

Its also pretty busy so come early ad there may not be any seats in lobby. It took 2 techs to find my veins requiring several pokes and twirling around of needle which I didn't enjoy. Seems like the techs are all newer grads and not as experienced
