They keep canceling appointments without telling me and then threatening to close my case because the time frame is too long between being seen. So I end up having to spend 8 hrs waiting as a walk in. Then they give me attitude saying, well you came in as a walk in so you have to wait. Even though I only have to do a walk in because of them. The staff is rude and homophobic. The doctors are ridiculous. One doctor never wrote the note after I was seen and I waited for almost 2 hours in the back waiting room for him to "finish my note" when he had left the building. It's poorly run all around. I've been coming here for a year for workmans comp and every single time there has been some sort of issue caused by the staff not properly making appointments. There's never an apology. Just a deal with it attitude. They know we have no choice since pir employer uses this place. There's a severe lack of communication from doctors and staff causing even more issues. None of the staff seem like they want to be around people. Always in terrible moods. One staff member had me in tears with how awful she was being. I just want to be treated so I can recover and be done with this place but they make it so difficult. They caus more harm than help. Please stay away from here if you have the choice.
