- HCHeather CampbellJan 5, 20263.0I would have given 3.5 stars but it wasn't an option. I personally felt my appointment was very Rushed and not at all thorough. The hand surgeon literally came into the room told me to remove the splint that I have been stuck in 24/7 since October 31st (another Conentra doctors orders) and looked at my hand / thumb from across the room and told me to fallow up and continue physical therapy and never talked about the findings from my MRI ( partial tear in ligaments and loss of muscle dexterity) so needless to say I am not at all confident that my injury will heal properly or that it is even healing as I still can not bend my thumb and have very bad pain pretty much the same as when it originally happened possibly a little worse. Lastly it is my right hand and yep I am right handed and also a bus driver for Roseville Transit. If you have other options for medical treatment I would very much recommend going somewhere else.

The actual physical participation portion of the physical that I participated in took maybe 30 minutes. The rest of the time was spent either waiting in the lobby or in one of their rooms to consult with a doctor. And then three days later, I received a call from the staff telling me there was a portion of the physical that they neglected to have me perform. So today, I’m here at the facility again

Also they hit mic’d one of the times and I was able to hear a ton of client information! I called concentra customer service and they said I have to go speak with the office manager. This place is a complete joke with no professionalism and dire need for better communication. I just want to reschedule my appt people! It shouldn’t take 2+ hours of calling for figure this out! God forbid, the people here are atrocious! Even if I was on deaths door, I would rather die than call or visit concentra!
