  Came here to get same day glasses. After waiting for over half an hour, I was told that because of the coatings, they couldn't get it the same day. I asked them if I could get a temporary pair like I got last time. They refused and said they would only ever do it as a one-time courtesy. Granted, it was already kind of sketchy going back in there after they told me that it was normal for their 'premium' coating to have scratches within a month of purchase, but I just wanted my glasses ASAP. Bad service and inferior glasses; not worth going here over your regular optometrist.

  I will never go there again took my brother get some glasses that was advertised on TV for two pairs for $79 end up walking out that was $400 cause they never bothered to show glasses that were two for 79 by time you got done with the exam, you were kind of hooked Better. Customer service was not greeted when I came to the door. Gentleman was at the front desk and just kept working.

  NOTE THE 3 ⭐️s ARE only FOR DEMETRIO & your business DANIEL. For many years me and my Family had our glasses done at Staton optical, Used to be Lidia the one doing an EXCELLENT JOB & great team they were courteous & RESPECTFUL, well this time everyone are new. But I never BEEN BULLIED & MOKED for being a senior! A guy called ( piero ) claimed to be “the manager” was Making fun of me with (NOVA ) both WERE DISRESPECTFUL. So I did approached him & told him if this is what you do at least wait until the customer leave , you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF !! IF, is truth that you are a manager, you supposed to set an example, THE FACT THAT I AM OLD DOESN’T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO MAKE FUN OF ME WITH NOVA ! 2 weeks later I went to pick up my glasse & to see far away were perfect but not to read so spoke to DEMITRIO about the incident & he took over & 👁️ he WAS VERY PROFESIONAL & ETHICAL , so also I found out HE WAS the REAL MANAGER OF THE STORE & HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE EVEN UPGRADE MY FRAME TO A BETTER QUALITY HE WAS MORE THAN PROFESIONAL trying to patch the DISRESPECTFUL, CHEAP attitude of “ ((piero & nova )) DEMETRIOS did reorder my lenses & I told the doctor DO NOT CHANGE THE FARAWAY PART IT IS FINE JUST ADJUST THE READING …. but he did NOT listen again 2 weeks later ARE TOTALLY OFF !!! (( Far & near )) 😳😳😳UNFORTUNATELY It was DEMITRIO’s day off. . & I gave my glasses to NOVA to read the prescription & she did it wrong here is the evidence with her own hand writing & I AM NOT COMING BACK I’m going somewhere else … I did call today 3 times trying to get a hold of Mr. Demetrio to solve the problem but they refused to let me speak to him . Please note this REVIEW OF 3 STARS IS FOR Mr. DEMETRIO BECAUSE he was PROFESIONAL & RESPECTFUL ((( ATTENTION DANIEL ))) ! NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY all the BAD REVIEWS ON BBB & everywhere else WHEN DEMETRIO IS NOT THERE THIS PLACE IS A DESASTER , nova & piero think that wearing the (( white gown it’s enough to impress customers wake up ! That’s USLESS if your attitude socks ! )). IF THAT PLACE IS STILL STANDING IN ROSEVILLE IF FOR DEMETRIO & for {{{ a young fellow tall with hair highlights in the front )) he is very kind , friendly & professional }}}. But (( piero & nova )) NEED TO LEARN SOME MANNERS & TAKE THEIR CHEAP BULLY ATTITUDE elsewhere. I’m done I’m going elsewhere to have my glasses done.

  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 STARS! Absolutely Incredible Service! I was able to book my appointment and get my eye exam same day. Even better, I also picked out my new frames and prescription before leaving the store! Nova and Chris were both incredible and made the entire experience an amazing one. I will absolutely be recommending this location to everyone.

  Had a great experience getting replacement lenses at Stanton Optical. Was able to schedule an exam very quickly. The store associate, Piero, was very helpful in explaining the different lens options and making sure I get them as soon as possible. The lenses were very reasonably priced compared to other places.
