Although I didn’t catch the names of the individuals who helped me, I’ll never forget how kind and supportive they were. The physician was incredibly understanding and empathetic, especially when I got emotional. They made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire process. The medical assistant during the shift was also amazing — gentle, professional, and truly caring. The shift leader was very nice as well. What touched me the most was when the provider gave me a hug. She was so sweet and did everything she could to help me feel supported. That small gesture meant so much to me in such a vulnerable moment. Even without knowing their names, I’m so thankful for the care and compassion I received. This team truly made a difficult day a little easier. They all deserve coffee lol I’ve only had good experiences from here. and I am able to make same-day appointments just by calling early in the morning. Thank you again ❤️
