The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional but one time, my doctor decided to go out to eat just before my appointment and kept me waiting for 1 hour and then it almost appened again but after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the MA ..what was happening and the told me that the Dr went out to grab lunch so I said...Bye. I 'm leaving. Never making another appointment from 12 - 1:30 pm. 😆 🤣

Which I appreciate it sometimes that hit you in the butt. They had physical therapy Immediately, and they filled my prescriptions before I got out of the appointment. I appreciate the rehabilitation!

The technician whom drew my blood was very courteous caring listened to me about my fears and was gentle kept me informed of his every move before he proceededcon to the nrxt one this technician had no issues drawing my blood it was dome and over with quickly. I felt no pain and was in and out in no time at all. Wonderful experience all thr way around i highly recommend using this lab for any and all your lab needs.
