  The first time I came in, I sat in a room for an hour and 15 minutes before anybody came to see me. The second time I went in with an appointment it was scheduled for 1 o'clock. I wasn't seen until 330. The third time I went in, I was told it would be a three hour wait and that I would get a phone call when my name was called. When I checked in for this appointment, I confirmed my phone number which your staff had incorrect so we corrected it. I then waited in my car for 2 1/2 hours. I went back in and checked on my status and I was told that they called me to tell me my time was ready, but they had the wrong number. I confirmed that we had changed that number, but for some reason, the staff called the wrong number again. Because it was so late I had to go in the next day at 8 AM and when I got there, they told me it was gonna be a three hour wait. I made it clear that I waited my three hours yesterday and they had made a call to the wrong phone number and that I wanted to be seen sooner. The staff realized I had waited too long and was able to get me in sooner.

  I was there for a full not fool's corporate physical examination w/drug test, etc. and included a quiz and test with study 📖 group. Im kidding about the quiz and test. But after 3 hours and 28 minutes, I was @ times during my short hotel stay here in beautiful fowntoen Rocklin near TacoBell amd RoundTable, very hungry, had to pee but couldn't and still 🚬 again. But seriously, the staff here was honestly doing well and sometimes friendly. Good luck with your short or longest stay for your appointment and tell them nicely to change the TV in the lobby, while you there.

  Had to come here due to a work injury. First visit was ok. I was a walk in they told me it was a 3 hour wait. I didn’t have another choice as I needed stitches so I had to sit want wait. Was about 2 hours before being seen and 3 hours total after stitches. Had 2 follow ups in which one of the appointments was at 11 and I still had to wait almost two hours before being seen with and Appointment! When calling to make another appointment for a follow up they had a month long wait. I am supposed to be doing physical therapy to which the Concentra physical therapy never called to set up appointments so at my last follow up they told me that physical therapy is backed up and I should just go there and bug them to get appointments. It’s not my job to follow up when someone is supposed to call me. If I had a choice I would never come back here. Also isn’t it funny how the company only comments of 5 star ratings on here but nothing else. They don’t want to know how they can improve. One of the doctors I saw there actually said to me that it was her last day and she was leaving because the company never provides enough doctors to see everyone in a timely manner and they can’t care for people the way she wanted to!

  This location was listed as in network, but that I should call ahead to confirm. When I called to confirm network status, the only question they asked was HMO or PPO. After arriving and waiting in line, the front desk took a look at my insurance ID and said they weren't in network. I had the card the whole time, wouldn't they be able to ask more detailed questions over the phone before I dragged my butt out of my sick bed? Two stars bc they were able to accurately redirect me to an in network UC

  My last visit was TERRIBLE. My appoinment was at 1:30 PM. APPOINTMENT. I didn't just walk in. It was close to 4:30pm when I was called into a room. That's was a 3 hour wait! I was feeling a pinch in my neck from sitting for so long. The doctor finally came into the room about 30 minutes or more later. He watched me move my neck around and did not even check my arm because he said that it would have to be another visit. I wrote up my neck and arm at the same time! I was already irritated from the wait. The doctor was in the room with me maybe 8 minutes tops. That wait time is NOT OK. The first initial vist not a good experience either.
