That following Monday I had my scheduled appointment with Rocklin for a follow up. My appointment was at 1:30. I showed up 15 minutes early. They gave me a room and left me there. An employee came into my hours later to re-fill the soap dispenser and said to me you’re still here? We forgot you were in here. You’ll see the doctor soon. Another 15 minutes went by. I’m had been there 3 hours at this point. I saw the doctor for 2 minutes. I asked him a question about my ankle injury f I had any tearing and all he told me was time will tell. I am very unsatisfied with this place. That office is a joke.

Overall my last appointment and the Doctor that I saw was good but it is the after visit the referral part that is so frustrating I hurt myself at work on October 30 2025 and have had numerous referrals that have been ordered STAT & now has been escalated to URGENT and still havent received the medical treatment ordered. Now I'm at a SERIOUS RISK OF PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY HAND!! FRUSTRATING!!!
