Every time I come here they are so kind and understanding, this staff deserves a raise, literally! The office is always clean and quiet. - MRMicah RosaAug 5, 20252.0The staff does not diagnose nor do they treat endometriosis. Staff does not have the medical knowledge to know symptoms of endometriosis, nor how to provide pain relief. Website states that they treat endometriosis, and they confirmed over the phone. When I went in for an appointment, this was not the case. Set up an appointment for pelvic pain and they didn’t do an exam. Didn’t ask if I was in pain. Didn’t ask what the pain felt like. Didn’t even look at me. Told me my pain was from a fibroid that resolved months ago and suggested I take ibuprofen. Gave misinformation and improper differential diagnosis that would have been easily caught had a proper, basic assessment been done.
