Horrible customer service, uninformed staff, they are incapable of properly communicating information between the staff, the Dr and the patient. They fail to follow up with patients in a timely manner after procedures. Do NOT send your family members here!! We will now have to seek another Dr to fix the procedure that was botched here at this location.

I myself have been coming here for the changing of my catheter for ove 3 years now and at least more than a dozen times been successful at the completion of my surgery. I truly don't understand why they have a 3.1 rating. People are just to picky and judgemental I feel. I've been to all hospital's around San Bernardino county throughout the last 7 years with kidney failure and they have screwed up my surgery and left tissue scaring on several occasions. Here..? Never. I will be staying here getting my surgeries until I get my healing from my heavenly father, Amen. , 🙏

My mom had an appointment at 130 pm she is a returning patient she was told to fast 5 hours before she showed up for her appointment it is now 543pm and she is still sitting inside a room with no procedure yet done to her. Make sure you ask what the wait is going to be before you bring your elderly here because elderly people should not be left without food or water for this long period of time.
