The staff was incredibly patient and kind, they all took the time to show her the various tools, let her hold them, showed her how they worked and explained in terms she would understand what they were going to do. Very happy with this first experience for her!

Front desk was very nice 😊 but the assistant male who performed dental radiographs made my sons teeth bleed (which are loose to this day) due to the force of trying to put the dental sensor in my sons mouth when I mentioned before the appointment that he is special needs and will not perform dental X-rays. There are other ways they could’ve went about this, which they could’ve been patient and slow with him but they didn’t they were in a rush and this male decided to make my sons dental visit experience horrible. Also whoever was calling to confirm appointment was rude. I got a phone call the day before to confirm my appointment at 10:15am and the another phone call after that my appointment is at 10:30am but I was told 10:15am and supposedly they don’t schedule at the 15 minute mark and the lady gave me attitude saying that i can just show up at 10:15am with her horrible tone. Overall this experience for me and my son has been horrible. The front desk are the only ones who are nice and kind.
