She was a joke didn't take any samples of my sores didn't do no examination of any kind. This place needs to be shut down will never go back there!!!
- RSRenee SanchezNov 12, 20251.0Horrible place , constantly canceled appointments, never answer the phone, sit on hold forever, never see the same providers, they all say different things, when I first started I seen a doctor name Isha Taylor she was amazing, attentive, O seen so much progress with her, but after that I could never get the same provider and they all have been horrible.

- JDJessica DeJesusJun 15, 20241.0paid $120 for a consult that could hardly be described as such. we spent 2mins in front of the medical provider that didn’t even introduce themselves. we seriously spent more time in the waiting room than in the exam room. in our experience, this was terrible bedside manner. the employees that helped us out during our appointment, including the medical staff, weren’t wearing masks which was concerning. there was no explanation behind the medical provider’s very quick diagnosis and no plans of treatment or education outside of a steroid cream. will not be returning.

I was worrying about if I cant afford the cost to getting a consultation and mole removal surgery, but they told me an estimated price before my visit (Trust me, many of dermatology offices are not going to tell you!). And the procedures were very quick: Drive to there(10 min), Waited in the for the appointment (10 min), Doctor and Physician checked out areas that I concerned then gave me their suggestions (5 min), they prepared for excision (5 min), process of the excision for one mole removal (2 min or less LOL). So, it took me only about 30 min in there, more importantly, I like this place very much, they are professional and caring.
