  I was a walk in for routine bloodwork with all paperwork ready upon arrival, and I was processed in and was out within an hour. Staff were efficient and helpful. All around great experience.

  Worst urgent care ever. Avoid this place if you can. The waiting time here is horrible. Ive been here twice and im not gonna be back here for the third time. If you are unable to attend to your patients in a timely manner, you should refrain from continously accepting additional patients. Patients are the ones who suffer from prolonged waiting time. Imagine wating in the lobby for almost 2hrs to be called and then you still gonna have to wait for the physician for more than an hour inside. Horrible place!

  the staff were nice enough but they took soooo long to do anything…and they were not clear. the insurance auth took over 30 mins (and i have great insurance) i spent abt two hours here, and only 5 mins with the dr. they told us we were done but had us waiting an extra 30 mins on a strep test result…which they completed an hour prior. the reason it took that long is their communication/collaboration across staff is poor. the test had been completed but they did not coordinate on how to convey info to the pt…and you bear the brunt of that poor collaboration as a patient. when you are feeling bad already, this place wastes your time and makes you feel worse.

  Que tal a Todos en General...! Estoy seguro de que no soy la única persona que manifiesta la Gran Satisfacción tan Maravillosa que Me da estar y ser paciente de este Lugar, ya Diosito que me ha dejado en Muy Buenas Manos sus Instalaciones, el Servicio y No se diga El Personal; desde esa Persona que te recibe detrás de un Mostrador, de una Computadora, , las personas que en el trayecto toman tus Signos vitales, los Asistentes médicos los que Archivan o agendan Tu Información, Tus Citas, los Doctores, pero sobre todo lo que más me hizo sentir que estaba en Muy Buen Lugar el Personal de Terapia Física, que Excelente Trato, que Excelente Trabajo y dedicación hacia uno como Paciente cómo Persona. Que Diosito Siempre los Guarde para que su Dedicación al menos sea Reconocida. Agradezco a Dios por Darme la Bendición de estar compartiendo esta experiencia. Desgraciadamente Tuve un accidente, pero Gracias a Dios no pasó a mayores y la estoy contando. Y como lo he Dicho Agradezco a Dios por poner este Lugar, este Gran Equipo para que los que somos Pacientes Tengamos Nuestra pronta Recuperación. How about everyone in general...! I am sure that I am not the only person who expresses the great satisfaction so wonderful that it gives me to be and be patient of this place, and to God who has left me in very good hands its facilities, the service and the staff do not say; From that person who receives you behind a counter, from a computer, , the people who on the way They take your vital signs, the medical assistants who file or schedule your information, your appointments, the doctors, but above all what made me feel that the staff was in a very good place of physical therapy, what an excellent treatment, what an excellent work and dedication to one as a patient as a person. May God always keep them so that their dedication is at least recognized. I thank God for giving me the blessing of sharing this experience. Unfortunately I had an accident, but thank God it did not happen to majors and I am telling it. And as I said I thank God for putting this place, this great team so that those of us who are patient have our speedy recovery.

  I first want to say that the receptionist are amazing. The doctors there are horrible. They give you run around and give false information in regards of the services your getting. I have had 3 DOT physicals done and each time I was given false information on what I needed to do in regards of my results. I don't recommend this concentra to anyone go somewhere else.
