  So every time I come here it’s a long line. Appointment or not your going to be waiting forever and the staff up front are rude and slow on doing their job.

  I have been to multiple locations over the years, this by far was the most efficient, friendliest, cleanest and not to mention the quickest. I would highly recommend coming to this location.

  First day I go there with critical condition, they not see me and give appointment after 2 days and after 2 days when I reach on my appointment it’s took 3 hours to see dr. Dr came in room after long awaiting and then stand near to door and didn’t talk even minutes and he don’t even see my injuries and eyes and left, and in report he mentioned nothing of them , I never seen this kind of treatment in life, specially when you get assaulted.

  These 5 stars are all for Kianna at the front desk!! I was completely frustrated when the Concentra in L.A. kept telling my recruiting company they lost my physical after I waited there 3 hours for it to be completed. I couldn’t start my contract because of this, so was sent for another physical located here. Kianna couldn’t understand this either and within literally 1 minute she found my “lost” physical, and discovered they forgot to attach my medical history and had my DOB entered incorrectly, which was a quick fix via forms. She literally took the time to listen, investigate and resolve the problematic mistake that clinic made. While I still had to wait an hour for the tdap (you really should have more help), I watched Kianna very calmly and politely handle an incredibly busy lobby and constant flow of people. Kianna remained polite and respectful when sometimes customers didn’t. Promote her to office management! She’s doing an incredible job, thank you Kianna!

  My recent DOT exam experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The examiner started asking personal medical questions (dosage, frequency, and purpose of a preventive medication) that had nothing to do with driving safety. I told him I wasn’t comfortable, but he continued. He never asked the key DOT question — whether the medication had side effects that could impair driving — and instead treated the visit like a clinical exam instead of a DOT certification. He also performed a brief abdominal check without clearly explaining what he was doing, then said he “felt something” and told me to see my doctor. The whole process felt invasive and left me confused and anxious. I’ve had previous DOT physicals at another Concentra (South San Francisco) where I was treated respectfully and professionally, so I know this is not how your staff normally operate. I’ve submitted a formal request to have this exam reviewed and to be re-examined by another certified physician.
