I mentioned this inconvenience to the staff to which they let me know they double book their providers. By the time the provider gets to you, the appointment is rushed and done within 10 minutes so they can go on and catch up with everyone else. This is a huge discrepancy in scheduling and straight up inconvenience to those served.

- JMJennifer MoyaJan 31, 20241.0I had an apt at 3:30 and waited an hour to get called and still nothing I had to leave and reschedule my apt to come back another day a week later here I am again they scheduled me for 12:10 for them to tell me they can’t see me till 1 PM so what’s the point of apts if they ain’t gonna see you at the apt they give you! This is ridiculous people have places to be at.
