I had a bad experience at another office and they all made up for that here. Best Doctors visit I've ever had and I look forward to going back. The wait was not long at all and after I got in the Doc came in very fast and thoroughly checked my injury. After one of the front desk nurses came in to fit me with a knee brace but it didn't work so she came back with a wrap and wrapped up my knee for me. Very very good group of people here. Thank you concentra Rancho cordova for being the best.

- JAjacob aponteNov 3, 20251.0I've never waited for anything in life as long as I did for this place. I got here 10 minutes after they opened and I still waited 6 and a half hours to be seen. Just when I thought it would be fast as soon as I got seen, I stood corrected. They had me waiting in the room for about 45 more minutes. The staff was friendly, but I wish they'd work on communicating better with the patients and start going in the rooms more to let them know how long we'd have to be waiting. Again, the staff that worked with me were great. The lack of communication and waiting time was insane.

I came here to take care of some physical tests needed and they made the process a breeze. I did come in on a busy Friday and spent a couple of hours waiting, but they still managed to take care of the patients waiting, providing snacks and refreshments while thanking us for our patience. Out of all the urgent care clinics I've been to this one has the best staff! Highly recommend!
