The male tech/nurse after having me breathe one time for the pulmonary testing told me on my next one I needed to continue to breathe as hard as I could even if it induced wheezing. He had me do it again. Within half an hour of leaving the clinic I started vomiting up phlegm causing it to come out of my mouth and nose and it caused my eyes to water. It's now after 1:00am and I'm still having symptoms and a hard time breathing. My chest is tight, my throat is now sore and I can't sleep. I've been using my rescue inhaler every two hours. Every time I cough it's hard to breathe. I feel like I'm fighting to breathe. I even told him I didn't want to breathe out to wheezing because I would have an asthma attack and have to use my inhaler but he still prompted me to do so. I've googled and I'm not turning blue, I dont have confusion, and I'm not coughing blood/frothy pink mucus, so I'm riding it out at home trying to recover.
- ACAl CDec 18, 20251.0URGETN CARE BEWARE!!! Do not go here if you are an urgent care patient. They will ignore you over their appointment based clientele even if you are in pain. I've been there on three different occasions and it has taken them over 3 hours to see me each time. You are better off going elsewhere or to emergency. They are horribly inefficient and have high turnover rates with their clerks and nursing staff. This place blows! Last time I was there, in 1 hour they only took back 2 patients. I waited over an hour to be told they were having issues with my insurance (my insurance provides them as an urgent care facility on my insurance website and I've been there on 2 other occasions) and then told it would be at least 2 more hours before I was seen. I was there 8 minutes after they opened. I'll never go back. I'll petition my insurance to remove them as an urgent care facility. Waste of time to go there. Their systems, staff, and processes are wildly inefficient. When I left there were 12 people waiting to be seen.
