  Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Chris, but I’ll try by sharing my story. I first started seeing chiropractors after a car accident in 2011 while living in the east coast. The issues from the accident were resolved after a few months of regular treatment, but I continued with monthly adjustments as a form of self-care. A few years later, I began experiencing a persistent dull pain in my leg that came out of nowhere. I saw several doctors who explored every possibility—pinched nerves, muscle spasms, and more—but no one could pinpoint the cause, let alone fix it. Eventually, I accepted that it might be something I’d have to live with indefinitely. In 2021, I moved to Poway while searching for a permanent home in San Diego County. Wanting to continue my monthly care, I found Dr. Chris. During our very first consultation, I mentioned the leg pain and how no one—doctors and chiropractors—had been able to figure it out. Dr. Chris listened carefully, took a thoughtful and thorough approach, and—based on his years of experience—not only identified the root cause that day, but also resolved it! That pain I thought I’d have forever? Gone! Turns out my hip tends to shift out of place, and Dr. Chris knew exactly how to shift it back. It has slipped a couple times since then, and Dr. Chris fixes it every time. But thanks to regular care and the opportunity for my surrounding muscles to strengthen, it rarely happens anymore and we just monitor it during my monthly visits. You can't imagine my relief! Only a few months after finding Dr. Chris, I moved to my permanent residence in Oceanside. I thought about trying to find someone closer to home, but after a few disappointing visits in the area, I realized the truth: Dr. Chris is worth the drive. I’ve been happily making the trip to Poway every month ever since. He is, without a doubt, the best chiropractor I’ve ever worked with. I trust him completely and truly value the relationship we’ve built.   If you're looking for the best chiropractor around....Dr. Chris is it!! No matter what I have going on, he gets me in right away and fixes me up! If you haven't checked him out, please do as I won't go anywhere else after seeing him😎🙌🏼

  I met Dr Chris in one of my worst moments... My lower back had made a popping noise on a roller coaster the night before and I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I was referred to his practice by a friend and my life will never be the same!! I've had chronic back pains since as early as 18 years old and I just thought it would be like this forever. I've gotten routine massages thinking that'll be the most I could ever do for myself. After the FIRST session with Chris I immediately felt relief and stopped feeling that soreness on my lower back that has been haunting me all these years :) Chris also has a wonderful demeanor with his clients and is respectful and gentle. I've already ran and told everybody I could about him! 10/10 experience hes awesome thank you Chris!!
