I waited for over an hour and a half. Two rounds of people were called and seen before me. After a hour I went up to the desk and she gave me signed paperwork without any testing and I asked if I could leave or if I should still sit and wait. She told me to sit and wait. Then a lady came in to get a TB test and she was out within ten minutes. I went up again to ask what was going on and she said I didn’t need to be there anymore. I could go home. Worst service. I regret coming to this place. Never again

The examiner measured me one full inch shorter than my actual height, weighed me with a heavy hoodie on, and overestimated my neck size by a full inch. These inaccurate measurements were then used to tell me that my “BMI was too high” and that I was “at serious risk,” even though I’m athletic, work out daily, and have zero daytime fatigue. Right after that, the doctor tried to sell me a $340 sleep apnea test on the spot. This felt like clear sleep apnea profiteering — creating a problem and then charging the driver for the solution. FMCSA has already warned clinics about this type of behavior, and now I understand why. A DOT exam should be objective and based on accurate measurements, not fear tactics or financial pressure. Drivers deserve honest evaluations, not upselling and inflated risk claims. I would strongly recommend going to a legitimate, ethical DOT examiner instead of dealing with this kind of conduct.
