    This is long overdue but I wanted to thank Athena for taking such great care of my mother during her visit to your store. My mother, a Spanish speaker, went into Warby for an eye exam and new glasses and was promptly cared for by your manager Athena. She helped book her exam and even helped with translating through the entire process, she went above and beyond what we would have expected. Thank you for being so warm, patient and kind, we need more people like you in this world.

    Friendly staff and a very efficient process. However, I asked for progressive lenses that went from intermediate distance to near. I specifically said I did not want trifocals. When I got my glasses, they were trifocals. I went to return them and was told Warby Parker doesn't do that - it's either trifocals or single lens. If I had been told that initially, I wouldn't have ordered them. They took the glasses back and refunded my money, but what a waste of time.
