    After hearing great reviews about their online store throughout the years, I was excited to come in to try on some glasses today. Unfortunately for me, I was never approached for help nor did I receive a greeting. Mind you, the store was quite empty. After a while I went up to someone to ask if they had a specific pair and left empty handed not even wanting to purchase or try on anything. Customer service/atmosphere needs help!

    The staff were very helpful and friendly - I was able to easily ask and understand their policies around VSP, warrantee, and more. They were eager to assist even while they were closing and their answers never felt rushed, unclear, or curt. Was able to buy 2 pairs with the deal and get some coverage with VSP (out of network)

    Awful. Going to the Glendale store now and loving it! The regional manager needs to seriously wake up to himself as does everyone else in this store. You either assist customers or you don't, make up your mind.
