  Dr Kenneth Tran is very knowledgeable and well experienced in what he does. He's very friendly and treats his patients with compassion like a family. His front desk staff is also nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Tran to anyone's family and friends!

  Dr. Tran, Leslie, and Jessica are truly the dream team! I came in super nervous after a dental emergency, but they made me feel safe and cared for from the moment I sat down. Leslie was so kind and calming during the entire procedure, and Dr. Tran restored my teeth with crazy skill. My smile looks better than ever. Jessica did an amazing job with my cleaning too. She was gentle, thorough, and left my teeth feeling fresh and clean without any discomfort. The whole team is professional, patient, and genuinely caring. If you want a dental office that treats you like family and gives you results that boost your confidence, this is the place. Thank you all so much! 🦷✨

  Earlier this week I visited my hygienist and new dentist for my routine cleaning and check up. I knew that our previous dentist, (who my entire family loved going to)Dr. Max Martinez had retired and sold his practice to Dr. Tran and the past year had been a transition time for the office staff. Knowing that most of Dr. Max’s staff had left, our favorite Hygenist, Kim, was still there. Having been a patient of Dr. Martinez for over 20 years I thought I would give our new dentist and the new staff a chance. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a voicemail confirming my appointment. I returned the call confirming my appointment with the receptionist. The day of my appointment, I entered the office greeting the receptionist. It was at THAT a time she informed me that my Delta Insurance was accepted BUT under new management, out of network and would cost me $235.00 for this visit. I asked why I wasn’t informed of this prior to my appointment when I confirmed with them and the receptionist told my because they want the patients to sign the paper stating that they will pay upfront, then be reimbursed or wait to be billed. Frustrated, I paid the amount, sat down and waited for Kim to call me back. STRIKE 1! Having known Kim for as long as I’ve been going there, she happily greeted and escorted me back to the chair. She could tell I was frustrated and asked why. I told Kim what happened and that I most likely will be looking for a new dentist with Delta in network. Kim proceeded to be friendly, professional and cleaned my teeth. I decided not to have X-rays as I wouldn’t be returning. Kim went to inform the desk and then the receptionist came back and questioned my reasoning. Soon after, another woman came to the room and reprimanded Kim in front of me that I had to have X-rays under Dr. Trans license. STRIKE 2- don’t be rude, discourteous or disrespectful to your employee in front of a patient! Kim reminded the second woman that I didn’t need to as I had them within the 12 months. My cleaning continued and Dr. Tran came in after to check my teeth and review my past X-rays. Now… Dr. Max saw my last X-rays and was very pleased and had no concerns, only compliments. However, Dr. Tran had a few concerns about my teeth and my bite; basically trying to up-sale a service or two. STRIKE 3! This is definitely a bittersweet situation. Dr. Max Martinez and his ENTIRE office staff was always friendly, polite, respectful to everyone, and most importantly I trusted Dr. Max’s judgment, never trying to up sale anything! He treated me like family and I'm sure everyone else who was his patient. While I am so happy that Dr. Max has retired, I am sad that I need to find a new dentist for my husband and I. Dr. Tran and his DENTAL PLUS office staff have some BIG shoes to fill as they now occupy the office that belonged to the best dentist and staff in California. Dr. Max and staff, you are sincerely missed. Hygenist Kim, I wish you all the best as you stay on! I’ll miss seeing you too! Oh.. and I didn’t even get a new toothbrush! Dr. Max always gave his patients one as they left! Strike 1,2,3… I’m out ! ( and my family, too)
