I had a fabulous experience. Customer executive Genesis was super helpful and found out the required screw in their stores and have me back the functioning glasses in a jiffy. May the tribe of Genesis continue to grow and “For Eyes” would remain customers choice.

Most importantly, she approached my condition in a thoughtful and comprehensive way that no one else had. The treatment plan she recommended feels like a real step forward, and I’m genuinely excited to get started—finally feeling hopeful about lasting relief after years of discomfort. The entire office staff was wonderful, and scheduling my appointment over the phone was quick and easy. The clinic itself is in a great spot in Palo Alto, with 3-hour free parking just steps away and lots of great lunch spots nearby. Highly recommend Dr. Lam and her team for anyone dealing with dry eye issues—you’ll be in great hands!
