- KJKaren JacksonOct 24, 20251.0This office lacks communication with each other and the patients. Why would patients have all the needed test and have to wait 2mons for a follow up visit. Why would you not be notified even if by phone as it would relieve stress. The MA never notified the patient a RX was sent to pharmacy. This is unsatisfactory for a medical office but especially cardiologist. They need to do better.

I’ve had them reschedule it a total of 4-5 times sometimes on the day of even hours prior. Today was rescheduled this morning for a later afternoon time and then they cancelled 30 min prior to appointment time and are now booked until February. Don’t waste your time with these people. Maybe you’ll get to see one of the doctors when you end up in the ER.
