- KJKaren JacksonOct 24, 20251.0This office lacks communication with each other and the patients. Why would patients have all the needed test and have to wait 2mons for a follow up visit. Why would you not be notified even if by phone as it would relieve stress. The MA never notified the patient a RX was sent to pharmacy. This is unsatisfactory for a medical office but especially cardiologist. They need to do better.

- BBBetty BennettAug 18, 20181.0Let's see if this get posted? On Aug 14, 2018 at 1030am my Husband had a appointment with Dr. Shermen. He was not only unprofessional , but extremely Rude. And wanted to change my husband's heart medication without even reviewing his past medical history from his former ep cardiologist. He wrote a post and sure enough, it was never posted. I feel if this doctor did not want to see my husband for a consult, he should have said so and we would not of wasted either of our time. I have notified my husband's HMO and our family attorney concerning this matter. Let's see if this get's posted.
