Dr. Austin was great! After struggling with dry eyes after Lasik/PRK I was looking for an alternative to spending so much $ on Xiidra RX eye drops every month. Discovered something called IPL and found Dr. Austins office. Was a bit of a drive for me but it's been quite worth it. Had 4 treatments of IPL which was super quick and easy and have now stopped using xiidra and only use regular eye drops now. My vision has stabilized and is much clearer now in the eye I had PRK. Highly recommend.

Speaking from personal experience, Dr. Austin's IPL dry eye treatment is very effective. And with his latest technology, the treatment is not painful at all. It's surprisingly quick and easy. As importantly, Dr. Austin is a super nice guy who explains everything clearly and patiently. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Austin if you are having dry eye issues. He's great!

I have been a patient of Dr. Austin for over a year now and I can say that my quality of life has improved dramatically. Dr. Austin utilizes the latest treatments and technologies for dry eye and is one of the leaders in his field. More importantly, though, is his genuine concern for his patients. Whenever I have an appointment he is friendly, down to Earth, and very helpful. If I have a concern he responds to my emails and has even taken my phone calls. If you live in Southern California and suffer from dry eyes do yourself a favor and get in touch with Dr. Austin's office.

Dr. Austin is a compassionate, kind doctor who listens to his patients and really cares about their wellbeing. I have been to some of the best doctors in the world for the treatment of dry eye in the last ten years. Dr. Austin ranks among the top eye care professionals that I have seen. He does IPL treatments on my eyes, and that treatment reduces inflammation and helps the oils in my glands to flow. Having just moved to California from Boston where I had access to extraordinary doctors, I was very particular about the eye doctor who would take over my care. Dr. Austin exceeded my expectations. I am so glad that he is my doctor. I trust him with eyes, and that is saying a lot.
