They have been flexible with regard to shifts, and sent only caregivers I approved after meeting them. Also, Homewatch declined to hire a caregiver from another agency who had been problematic. That suggests to me that they actually do screen candidates - something that isn’t done well in this business. Overall quite satisfied with Homewatch.
