- COCarmen OjedaAug 30, 20251.0I would totally give it a zero stars if possible , I when in for an ultrasound and the girl seem like she had totally no experience looked like she didn’t even know what she was doing , what made me more upset is they charged my husband and ones he paid I was waiting expecting my pictures they have on the packages I had to ask and she’s like no we are gonna email them we currently don’t have the paper for the pictures like are you serious 😡
- JPJaqueline PantojaAug 10, 20251.0If I can rate this place a zero I would I had an appointment as soon as we walked in when they opened the door for us there was 5 girls sitting with the receptionist just laughing and wheezing. Then they were discussing in front of us who would be calling us back. The girls were like no it’s your turn to call them in I already called the last ones in very unprofessional. Once I come out I had asked the receptionist if I can get a letter the girl that was behind her looked at the other girl and started laughing. I don’t know what was so funny about asking a question. DON’T go to this place they have very unprofessional staff.
