- MBMybabes BabishNov 10, 20251.0I don't recommend the location in Ontario. For a couple of reasons. 1. I had to enquire about my daughter's toothpaste prescriptions over 3 months to 3 different people before they actually sent it in to my pharmacy. This prescription was recommended by the dentist himself and he was actually one of the people I had to remind he promised to contact me the next day and never did. Then there was the lady that answered the phones twice that never got back to me as well. Eventually my husband went in and was able to get them to send the script in.#2 my daughter has anxiety and they agreed to use gas to calm her down. They did the first time but the second time we came in (I was not there) the assistant took it out but never used it on her. She was in tears the whole time. #3 they cleared one of my daughters saying she had no cavities and come to find out later they were looking at the wrong X-rays she did have cavities. I even asked if they were sure because I knew she did from a previous dentist and they insisted she didn't until they realized they messed up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
