  I RARELY leave google reviews, but felt like I need to. Previous visits to the practice left me feeling less than impressed with how hectic and rushed it felt (the hygienist literally told me she was going to be right back and went to work on another patient), but I continued to schedule because it’s close to my home. I should have never rescheduled after that, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately today I experienced one of the worst dental cleanings I’ve ever had. The polishing machine didn’t work and I had to remind her she needed to polish my teeth before letting me leave. When the machine finally did “work” it was as though it wasn’t even on. I’m pretty sure my sonicare does a better job. She also started flossing my teeth before rinsing anything off, which if you have sensitive gums you know how much toothpaste can burn. The hygienist was nice and great to be around, but it just wasn’t a good cleaning. Overall, I felt feeling like I didn’t even see the dentist because my teeth still felt like they had grime on them.

  I read the reviews, called the office and felt this could be the place where I can feel comfortable. Robyn was the best! But when I have a concern, the last thing I think a professional dentist should said is "I don't have time, I have a lot of patients waiting" Dr. Maddocks i waiting a while sometime for you, and watch you talk to staff. I think you could've spear more than the 3 mins you spend with me. And on my way out hearing "imagine working here" was the icing on the cake, and let's me know I am not the only one who thinks he's an a**
